Verint - Michal Rinott Selected Works

I headed the interaction design of Verint's two main systems: 'Reliant' and 'Ultra'. Working with a graphic designer we created new interaction concepts for both systems, which were planned in a new platform: the browser. The process included user studies, creating the new interaction model and creating a working prototype of the interaction.
The systems and are in use by Verint clients for the past 5 years.
